Tonight, August 22, 2013 at 6:30 PM, Medved Ford in Castle Rock is excited to present local high school, Castle View High School in Castle Rock Colorado, with a check for a whopping $3,680. The funds were generated through the Ford DriveOne4UR School program hosted at Castle View on May 4th 2013. This is the second time Medved Ford and Castle View HS have partnered on the Ford Drive One4URSchool program.
Through the program Castle View had the opportunity to earn $20 for each no-strings-attached test drive conducted by parents, teachers, friends, and family members of Castle View HS. 184 people took test drives!
The mustang is always the belle of the ball, but Castle Rock and the surrounding Douglas County is truck country so the F-150 with the Eco Boost Engine also got a lot of attention along with the newly redesigned Ford Explorer, Escape, Fusion, and new to the line-up the up- the electric hybrid Ford C-Max Energi.
One of the best things about the DriveOne4URSchool program is that the school really is the star of the show. With the struggle to keep budgets in line at schools across the state extracurricular programs like sports or the arts are often the first to get cut. Thanks to Ford, Medved Ford, and the willing participation of members of the Castle View community; the school was able to easily put funds back into those programs and got to see what Ford has been up to at the same time!
Ford was recently recognized as one of the most favorably viewed brands in the nation, and we can see why!
